Our rolled finned tubes are specifically designed for applications that require both excellent thermal conductivity and mechanical strength. In a special rolling process similar to thread rolling, a thermally conductive material such as aluminum or copper is firmly bonded to a core tube, creating a continuously manufactured spiral finned tube. These fins are extremely resilient due to the roll hardening and firmly bonded to the core tube, ensuring exceptional durability. In addition, the uniform fin material means there is no risk of crevice corrosion. The profile of the fins is specially designed to ensure optimal heat transfer.
