​Rolled bimetal finned tube: production and individual adaptation

This example illustrates the innovative rolling process for producing rolled bimetal finned tubes. The inner tube has a diameter of 25 mm and can be manufactured with any commercially available wall thickness and any desired tube material. The rolled aluminum ensures seamless and gap-free finning with an outer diameter of 57 mm and an average fin thickness of 0.4 mm. 

​The fin spacing is flexible and can be adjusted between 7 and 11 fins per inch depending on requirements. The perfect contact between the inner tube and the fins ensures optimal heat exchange. 

​The finned tubes are delivered ready for installation in the length required by the customer. The unfinned tube ends and the position of the support rings can also be designed freely according to customer specifications
