FINNED TUBES AND HEAT EXCHANGERS FROM DÜMA RIPPENROHRE GMBH
We develop and produce finned tubes, finned tube heat exchangers and spiral finned tubes since 1975. We deliver our products around the world. For the production of extruded bimetal finned tubes, there is the possibility of using any available material for the inner tube. The extruded or rolled-on aluminum finning material hermetically covers the inner tube surface for excellent corrosion resistance. It is shaped on a profile to guarantee optimal heat transfer at lowest flow resistance.
The finning is mechanically very robust due to the roll hardening and offer a maximum of protection against corrosion, since there are no gaps between the fins and therefore no electrostatic differences. This is reflected in the long service life of the flnned tubes, which are successfully used even for wood drying kilns.
We design, built and continuously optimize the finning machines build by us. We have worldwide more than 64 extrusion machines in operation.
